Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 


If you change your mind and wish to return an item, you are welcome to do so, provided it meets the conditions below.

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong size/item.

  • You may return the parcel using any courier of your choice, but the return must include a tracking number. Please send us the tracking number by email after dispatch, and keep the shipping receipt until we confirm receipt.

  • If you prefer not to arrange shipping yourself, we can provide you with a prepaid return label. The cost of this label is £3, which will be deducted from your refund. Please email us to let us know if you would like to use this option.

  • Items must be returned in their original condition – undamaged, unworn, unwashed, clean, and free from perfume or other odors. Items that do not meet these conditions will not be eligible for a refund.

  • Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will process your refund. Please allow up to 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank/card provider.

  • For international returns, please contact us by email before sending your parcel.

Please note that items returned without first requesting a return will not be accepted.


Return Conditions

 

Withdrawal (doesn’t fit your taste / changed your mind):
You may return the product within 30 days of receipt. In this case, the return shipping cost is covered by the customer.

Sale items can be returned within 14 days, unless marked as Final Sale (non-returnable).

 

Faulty or incorrect item:
In this case, we will cover the return shipping cost and provide a full refund (product price + original shipping fee).

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
